I *love* this game!
I don't say it that often, but this one deserves it.
I hope you continue working on it, coming out with new maps & ammo! Maybe create your own castle? Maybe somehow make it multiplayer?

Kinda sounds French... like daft punkish ...
Try playing with volume... bring down the volume of the bass drum after each beat so it goes with the bass sound. Even try bringing the volume down with everything but the tube sound (main synth sound) on each beat.
